Going out of town? All you need to do is dial 800-246-0510 instead of 276-666-1252, and everything else will work as normal. You don't need to tell us that you want to use the number, just start using it! (While using the 800 number you will be billed $0.15 a minute. The charge for this service will automatically appear on a separate kimbanet bill. The 800 number is not a free service. Dialing and using the number constitutes that you understand these terms. No other warning of a charge will be given.)

kimbanet Service and Support Policies
and Price Schedule

• For disconnection of service kimbanet must be notified in writing by the user. This can be in the form of a written letter, faxed notice or a disconnect notice signed in our office.
• kimbanet only works on customers computers who are members of the kimbanet Internet Service.
• kimbanet does not build or sell new computer systems for individuals for home use.
• The kimbanet tech support phone line is for kimbanet Internet tech support only, not for other non-Internet related issues. Non-Internet related telephone tech support issues may be charged a consulting fee as outlined below.
• kimbanet does limited upgrades for customers home computers in our shop only on a per quote basis.
• kimbanet does not resell computer parts to the public, we only sell what we install and configure.
• kimbanet does work on business computers at the business location, only if the business is a member of the kimbanet Internet Service, and only on a per job basis at the rates outlined below.
• kimbanet does not build or sell new computer systems for businesses, unless the business computer system is composed of three or more networked computers.
• kimbanet does not offer service /support contracts for business customers, unless kimbanet built, installed, or configured the businesses network of three or more computers.

PRICING:

• Kimbanet charges a service fee of $35 for all IN-SHOP removal of viruses and adware and spyware effective 12/07/09. In-shop installation or reinstallation of kimbanet service will continue to be free of charge.

• kimbanet gives free in-shop estimates for computer service and repair. 
• Shop bench rates are $35.00 per hour for computer for non-Internet related troubleshooting and repair.
• Computer parts are priced on a per quote basis.
• Onsite consulting rates are $55.00 per hour for customer location troubleshooting, repair, tech support, maintenance, advice, training, etc.. Rate will include technicians travel time to the customers location. There is a one hour minimum charge for an onsite service call.
• Service/support contracts are available as outlined in Policies above, and are priced on a per quote basis.
• Pricing reflects current kimbanet customers. Non-kimbanet customers may incur an additional charge.
